Structural drawings
We offer comprehensive preparation of 2D technical drawings, which constitute a key element in the design and implementation of mechanical structures. We create precise engineering drawings intended for production, assembly, and quality control, ensuring unambiguous interpretation of the project at every stage of its implementation.
We produce assembly drawings for mechanical assemblies that clearly define the system structure, the relative positions of components, and the sequence and method of assembly. This documentation supports efficient integration of components, minimizing the risk of assembly errors and production downtime.
We also prepare welding drawings, including weld symbols, joint types, and technological requirements in accordance with applicable standards. These drawings ensure the correct execution of welded structures, providing the required strength, quality, and repeatability of the manufacturing process.
For components manufactured using machining processes, we prepare detailed production drawings for turning, milling, and other operations, specifying part geometry, required tolerances, surface roughness, and parameters critical to the manufacturing process. The documentation also covers sheet metal parts, taking into account bending processes, development layouts, and required radii and bending tolerances.
All drawings include complete GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) annotations, enabling precise specification of geometric tolerances and effective quality control. This ensures that the documentation meets the highest engineering standards and provides a solid foundation for serial, single-piece, and prototype production.
