Prototyping (R&D)

Prototyping (R&D)

We offer a comprehensive prototyping service carried out as part of research and development (R&D) activities, covering the full product creation cycle—from concept to prototype testing.

We treat prototyping of machines and devices as an integrated engineering process aimed at verifying design assumptions, functionality, and the readiness of a solution for further development or production implementation.

The process begins with planning and developing a technical concept, supported by an analysis of functional requirements and preliminary research. Based on this, a detailed design is created, including 3D CAD modeling and material selection. In subsequent stages, strength, kinematic, and other necessary engineering analyses are performed, allowing assessment of the safety, durability, and proper operation of the designed solution.

As part of the service, we prepare full production documentation, enabling prototype construction and subsequent modifications. We also supervise the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with the design documentation and technical specifications. The prototyping stage concludes with experimental testing, which allows evaluation of the actual operational parameters of the device and identification of areas requiring optimization.

Depending on the nature of the project, mechanical systems can be integrated with electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems, enabling the creation of fully functional machine and device prototypes. Thanks to a comprehensive approach and close integration of design, analytical, and testing activities, we support the development of innovative technological solutions at every stage of the R&D process.
